I adore my new bed! This was my first post-divorce purchase...my very own bed. I love it. I got the very slightly distressed finished and it's just perfect. In person, it's even better than I expected. The one note of caution I have is to make sure that you can fit the headboard up your stairs. In my case, it wasn't going to fit because the bulkhead (?) of the stairs was just about 1/2" too short. Fortunately, I was able to get the headboard up onto a second floor balcony and bring it in that way. Truly exceeded my expectations. Don't hesitate...buy this bed.
